  10. Large open area. Could accommodate expansion of local history and farming display/ tree nursery/ experimental crop research/ additional green manures.
  11. Private Residential accomodation, incorporating Zone 1 organic vegetable - herb gardens and Zone 2/3 top and soft fruit plantings.
  12. Forest Garden. Example of a self maintaining ecosystem - as in a natural forest - consisting entirely of fruit and nut trees, bushes, perennial, self-seeding vegetables, culinary/medical herbs that would enable a family to enjoy considerable self sufficiency with little work after initial planting.
  13. Beginning of Woodland Walk, taking in examples of managed wilderness. Item of botanical interest. New tree plantings, bird and seal island scenic view points. Educational facility envisaged.
